Except as otherwise provided in subsection B of this\n\nsection, a person that, for valuable consideration, knowingly\n\npurchases or sells a part for transplantation or therapy if removal\n\nof a part from an individual is intended to occur after the\n\nindividual’s death commits a Class D1 felony offense and upon\n\nconviction is subject to a fine of not more than Fifty Thousand\n\nDollars ($50,000.00), or imprisonment as provided for in subsections\n\nB through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or\n\nboth such fine and imprisonment.\n\nB.
