A person who acts in accordance with this act or with the\n\napplicable anatomical gift law of another state or attempts in good\n\nfaith to do so, is not liable for the act in a civil action,\n\ncriminal prosecution, or administrative proceeding.\n\nB. Neither the person making an anatomical gift nor the donor’s\n\nestate is liable for any injury or damage that results from the\n\nmaking or use of the gift.\n\nC.
