Whenever it appears that a covered entity has violated or is\n\nin violation of any of the provisions of this act, the affected\n\nindividual may commence a civil action for injunctive and other\n\nequitable relief against the covered entity for purposes of\n\nenforcing compliance with this act. The action may be brought in\n\nthe district court for the county where the affected individual\n\nresides or resided or was denied the organ transplant or referral.\n\nB. In an action brought under this act, the court shall give\n\npriority on its docket and expedited review, and may grant\n\ninjunctive or other equitable relief including:\n\n1. Requiring auxiliary aids or services to be made available\n\nfor a qualified recipient;\n\n2. Requiring the modification of a policy, practice or\n\nprocedure of a covered entity; or\n\n3. Requiring facilities be made readily accessible to and\n\nusable by a qualified recipient.\n\nC. Nothing in this act is intended to limit or replace\n\navailable remedies under the Americans with Disabilities Act or any\n\nother applicable law.\n\nD.
