Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2200.4A","heading":"Persons authorized to make anatomical gift before","body":"donor's death.\n\nSubject to Section 6 of this act, an anatomical gift of a\n\ndonor’s body or part may be made during the life of the donor for\n\nthe purpose of transplantation, therapy, research, or education in\n\nthe manner provided in Section 5 of this act by:\n\n1. The donor, if the donor is an adult or if the donor is a\n\nminor and is:\n\na. emancipated, or\n\nb. authorized under state law to apply for a driver\n\nlicense because the donor is at least sixteen (16)\n\nyears of age;\n\n2. An agent of the donor, unless the power of attorney for\n\nhealth care or other record prohibits the agent from making an\n\nanatomical gift;\n\n3. A parent of the donor, if the donor is an unemancipated\n\nminor; or\n\n4.
