Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2211","heading":"Donor notation on driver license","body":"In order to provide an expeditious procedure for a person to\n\nmake a gift of all or part of the body of the person pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act, Service Oklahoma\n\nshall make space available on the front and back of the driver\n\nlicense and the identification card for an organ and tissue donor\n\nnotation. The donor notation shall identify the licensee or\n\ncardholder as an organ and tissue donor for the purposes of the\n\nUniform Anatomical Gift Act. Any person may have the organ and\n\ntissue donor notation removed from the records of the person\n\nmaintained by Service Oklahoma by notifying Service Oklahoma in\n\nwriting or by presenting the license or identification card to\n\nService Oklahoma or a licensed operator for replacement and payment\n\nof the appropriate fee, pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-114\n\nor subsection H of Section 6-105 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, and informing Service Oklahoma or the licensed operator\n\nthat the person desires to have the organ and tissue donor notation\n\nremoved from the license or identification card.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f295182ba5e5b0bb6d1e44dfe665acaf30a2725da5400109fef2d35bf819f002","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-2210","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-2220.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
