A medical practitioner, in discharging his duty to a\n\ndisabled person whom he has undertaken to examine or treat, shall\n\nmake a reasonable search for an identifying device or identification\n\ncard of the type described in subsection B, Section 3 of this act,\n\nand examine them for emergency information.\n\nB.
