Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2563","heading":"Use of dollars-per-quality adjusted life year prohibited","body":"\n\nAn agency shall be prohibited from developing or employing a\n\ndollars-per-quality adjusted life year, or similar measure that\n\ndiscounts the value of a life because of an individual's disability,\n\nincluding age or chronic illness, as a threshold to establish what\n\ntype of health care is cost-effective or recommended.
