Upon receipt of an application for a license, the\n\nCommissioner shall issue a license if the applicant and ambulatory\n\nsurgical center facilities meet the requirements established under\n\nthis act. A license, unless sooner suspended or revoked, shall be\n\nrenewable annually upon receipt of an application for a license and\n\nthe license fee from the licensee and approval by the Commissioner.\n\nB. Each license shall be issued only for the premises, persons\n\nor governmental units named in the application and shall not be\n\ntransferable or assignable except with the written consent of the\n\nCommissioner.
