Any person operating, conducting, managing or establishing\n\nan ambulatory surgical center without a license required by this act\n\nis guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished\n\nas provided by law. Each day of continuing violation shall\n\nconstitute a separate offense.\n\nB.
