Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2803","heading":"Establishment of basic or sophisticated system","body":"\n\nEvery public agency or public safety agency within its\n\nrespective jurisdiction may establish a basic or sophisticated\n\nsystem. The establishment of such systems shall be centralized\n\nwhere feasible. Any system established pursuant to the Oklahoma\n\nEmergency Telephone Act may include a segment of the territory of a\n\npublic agency. All systems shall be designed to meet the\n\nrequirements of each community and public agency served by the\n\nsystem. Every system, whether basic or sophisticated, may be\n\ndesigned to have the capability of utilizing at least three of the\n\nfour methods specified in paragraphs 3, 8, 9 and 11 of Section 2802\n\nof this title, in response to emergency calls.
