Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2869","heading":"Oklahoma 9-1-1 Management Authority Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management to be designated\n\nthe \"Oklahoma 9-1-1 Management Authority Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Tax\n\nCommission from fees designated for support of 9-1-1 emergency\n\nservices. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Emergency Management upon approval by the Oklahoma 9-\n\n1-1 Management Authority for the purpose of supporting the\n\nadministration of the Authority and providing grants to public\n\nagencies providing 9-1-1 services.
