Nine-one-one emergency telephone service information may be\n\nused by a public law enforcement or public health agency for the\n\npurpose of placing outgoing emergency calls that notify the public\n\nof an emergency or provide to the public information relative to an\n\nemergency.\n\nB. Nine-one-one emergency telephone service information shall\n\nbe confidential. Any public law enforcement or public health agency\n\nthat uses nine-one-one emergency telephone service information for\n\nthe purposes set forth in subsection A of this section shall\n\nestablish methods and procedures that ensure the confidentiality of\n\nthe information.\n\nC. For purposes of this section “nine-one-one emergency\n\ntelephone service information” shall mean the name, address and\n\ntelephone number of a service user of a local exchange telephone\n\ncompany.\n\nD.
