No public agency or employee of a public agency shall be\n\nliable for the method of providing or failure to provide nine-one-\n\none emergency telephone or communication service or nine-one-one\n\nwireless emergency telephone service or for the method of providing\n\nor failure to provide emergency response service.\n\nB. No public agency or employee of a public agency shall have\n\nany special duty to any service user or other user of the nine-one-\n\none emergency telephone system or nine-one-one wireless emergency\n\ntelephone system or any other telecommunication or communication\n\nsystem supplying or obligated to supply nine-one-one service.\n\nC. A service provider of telecommunications or other\n\ncommunication services involved in providing nine-one-one emergency\n\ntelephone service or nine-one-one wireless emergency telephone\n\nservice shall not be liable for any claim, damage, or loss arising\n\nfrom the provision of nine-one-one emergency telephone service or\n\nnine-one-one wireless emergency telephone service unless the act or\n\nomission proximately causing the claim, damage, or loss constitutes\n\ngross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct.\n\nD.
