Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2870","heading":"False alarm, complaint or information - Penalty","body":"No person shall call the number 9-1-1 for the purpose of making\n\na knowingly false alarm or complaint or reporting knowingly false\n\ninformation which could result in the dispatch of emergency services\n\nfrom any public agency as defined in Section 2 of this act. Nor\n\nshall any person call 9-1-1 for nonemergency or personal use.
