No person shall sell or offer for sale in this state any\n\npull-top or flip-top container.\n\nB. For purposes of this section:\n\n1. \"Pull-top\" or \"flip-top container\" means a beverage\n\ncontainer so designed and constructed that a part of the container\n\nis detachable in opening the container.
