A physician or other health care provider who willfully\n\nfails to arrange the care of a patient in accordance with Section\n\n3101.9 of this title shall be guilty of unprofessional conduct.\n\nB. A physician who willfully fails to record the determination\n\nof the patient's condition in accordance with Section 3101.7 of this\n\ntitle shall be guilty of unprofessional conduct.\n\nC. Any person who willfully conceals, cancels, defaces, alters,\n\nor obliterates the advance directive of another without the\n\ndeclarant's consent, or who falsifies or forges a revocation of the\n\nadvance directive of another shall be, upon conviction, guilty of a\n\nClass D3 felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as\n\nprovided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nD. A person who in any way falsifies or forges the advance\n\ndirective of another, or who willfully conceals or withholds\n\npersonal knowledge of a revocation as provided in Section 3101.6 of\n\nthis title shall be, upon conviction, guilty of a Class D3 felony\n\noffense and shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.\n\nE. A person who requires or prohibits the execution of an\n\nadvance directive as a condition for being insured for, or\n\nreceiving, health care services shall be, upon conviction, guilty of\n\na Class D3 felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as\n\nprovided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nF. A person who coerces or fraudulently induces another to\n\nexecute an advance directive or revocation shall be, upon\n\nconviction, guilty of a Class D3 felony offense and shall be\n\npunished by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F\n\nof Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nG.
