Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3101.14","heading":"Directives executed out-of-state","body":"Execution of an advance directive by an individual, which\n\nprovides for the provision, withholding, or withdrawal of life-\n\nsustaining treatment for that individual or for the appointment of\n\nanother to give directions to provide, withhold, or withdraw life-\n\nsustaining treatment, executed in another state in compliance with\n\nthe law of that state or of this state is valid for purposes of the\n\nOklahoma Advance Directive Act to the extent the advance directive\n\ndoes not exceed authorizations allowed under the laws of this state;\n\nprovided, that no such advance directive shall be deemed to\n\nauthorize the withholding or withdrawal of artificially administered\n\nnutrition and/or hydration unless it specifically authorizes such\n\nwithholding or withdrawal of artificially administered nutrition\n\nand/or hydration, and either the advance directive:\n\n1. Was executed by a person who was not a resident of Oklahoma\n\nat the time of execution; or\n\n2.
