The State Department of Health shall establish and\n\nmaintain an advance directives registry which shall be\n\naccessible through a website maintained by the\n\nDepartment. The registry shall be used to store advance\n\ndirectives pursuant to the Oklahoma Advance Directive\n\nAct that are filed with the registry by or with the\n\nauthorization of those executing the advance directives.\n\nB. The registry shall be maintained in a secure database that\n\nis designed to provide access to each advance directive filed in the\n\ndatabase by the person who executed the advance directive, those\n\nnamed as agents in the advance directive, any person related within\n\nthe fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity to the person who\n\nexecuted the advance directive, or a health care provider caring for\n\nthe person who executed the advance directive.\n\nC. The State Department of Health may enter into contracts with\n\nprivate vendors to obtain the services necessary to meet the\n\nrequirements of the Oklahoma Advance Directive Act.
