The\n\nwithholding of cardiopulmonary resuscitation from a person in\n\naccordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Do-Not-Resuscitate\n\nAct, however, shall not relieve any individual of responsibility for\n\nany civil or criminal acts that may have caused the person's\n\ncondition.
