Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3141.5","heading":"Injunctions - Persons who may bring","body":"A cause of action for injunctive relief may be maintained\n\nagainst any person who is reasonably believed to be about to\n\nviolate, who is in the course of violating, or who has violated\n\nSection 3 of this act by any person who is:\n\n1. The spouse, parent, child, or sibling of the person who\n\nwould commit suicide;\n\n2. Entitled to inherit from the person who would commit\n\nsuicide;\n\n3. A current or former health care provider of the person who\n\nwould commit suicide;\n\n4. A public official with appropriate jurisdiction to prosecute\n\nor enforce the laws of this state;\n\n5. A guardian of the person who would commit suicide;\n\n6. The Department of Human Services; or\n\n7.
