Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3141.8","heading":"Revocation or suspension of license or certificate","body":"The licensing agency which issued a license or certification to\n\na licensed health care professional who assists in a suicide in\n\nviolation of Section 3 of this act shall revoke or suspend the\n\nlicense or certificate of that person upon receipt of:\n\n1. A copy of the record of criminal conviction or plea of\n\nguilty for a felony in violation of Section 813, 814 or 815 of Title\n\n21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n2. A copy of the record of a judgment of contempt of court for\n\nviolating an injunction issued under Section 5 of this act; or\n\n3.
