As used in the University Hospitals Authority Act:\n\n1. \"University Hospitals\" include University Hospital, Oklahoma\n\nChildren's Hospital and any and all inpatient and outpatient\n\nhospital and clinical facilities and office and research buildings,\n\nfacilities or property owned by or under the management and control\n\nof the University Hospitals Authority or the University Hospitals\n\nTrust;\n\n2. \"Authority\" means the University Hospitals Authority;\n\n3. \"Department\" means the Department of Human Services;\n\n4. \"Commission\" means the Commission for Human Services or the\n\nOklahoma Public Welfare Commission;\n\n5. \"University Hospital\" means the inpatient and outpatient\n\nhospital and clinical facilities and office and research buildings,\n\nfacilities or property assigned for the use of University Hospital\n\nby the University Hospitals Authority; and\n\n6. \"Oklahoma Children's Hospital \" means the inpatient and\n\noutpatient hospital and clinical facilities and office and research\n\nbuildings, facilities or property assigned for the use of Oklahoma\n\nChildren's Hospital by the University Hospitals Authority. Any\n\nstatutory reference to \"Children's Hospital of Oklahoma\" or\n\n\"Children's Hospital\" shall be construed to refer to Oklahoma\n\nChildren's Hospital as defined in this section.\n\nB. The University Hospitals Authority may assign any inpatient\n\nand outpatient hospital and clinical facilities, research buildings,\n\nfacilities or property and any other buildings, facilities or\n\nproperty under its ownership or management and control to University\n\nHospital, Oklahoma Children's Hospital or any other division or\n\nentity which is part of University Hospitals.\n\nC.
