Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3216","heading":"Issuance of bonds - Approval of Attorney General","body":"Before any bond shall be issued and delivered by the University\n\nHospitals Authority, a certified copy of the proceedings for the\n\nissuance thereof, together with any other information which the\n\nAttorney General of the State of Oklahoma may require as the Bond\n\nCommissioner of the State of Oklahoma, shall be submitted to the\n\nAttorney General. If the Attorney General shall find that such\n\nbonds have been issued in accordance with law, he shall approve such\n\nbonds and execute a certificate to that effect. The Attorney\n\nGeneral shall file such certificates in the office of the State\n\nAuditor and Inspector, and the certificates shall be recorded in a\n\nrecord kept for that purpose.
