Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3218","heading":"Bonds not to be debt of state or political subdivision -","body":"Statement on bonds - Tax exemption.\n\nRevenue bonds of the University Hospitals Authority issued\n\npursuant to the provisions of the University Hospitals Authority\n\nshall not constitute a debt of the state or of any political\n\nsubdivision thereof, or a pledge of the full faith and credit of the\n\nstate, or of any political subdivision thereof, but such bonds shall\n\nbe payable solely from the funds provided therefor. The forms of\n\nthe bonds so issued shall contain on the face thereof a statement to\n\nthe effect that neither the state nor the Authority shall be\n\nobligated to pay the same or the interest thereon except from the\n\nrevenues of the Authority pledged to the payment of such bonds and\n\nthat neither the faith and credit nor the taxing power of the state\n\nor any political subdivision thereof is pledged, or may hereafter be\n\npledged, to the payment of the principal of or interest on such\n\nbonds.
