Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3219","heading":"Investment in bonds issued pursuant to this act - Use as","body":"collateral security.\n\nBonds issued pursuant to provisions of the University Hospitals\n\nAuthority Act are hereby made securities in which all public\n\nofficers and public boards, agencies and instrumentalities of the\n\nstate and its political subdivisions, all banks, trust companies,\n\ntrust and loan associations, investment companies, and others\n\ncarrying on a banking business, and all insurance companies and\n\ninsurance associations, and others carrying on an insurance\n\nbusiness, may legally and properly invest.
