There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the University Hospitals Authority, to be designated the\n\n\"University Hospitals Authority Disbursing Fund\". The fund shall be\n\na continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of appropriated revenues, revenues earned by the Authority,\n\ndonations and federal entitlements. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the University Hospitals Authority.\n\nB. Following the execution of a lease of real properties under\n\nthe jurisdiction of the University Hospitals Authority to the\n\nUniversity Hospitals Trust pursuant to Section 3226 of this title,\n\nmonies from the fund may be expended by the Authority for the fiscal\n\nyear ending June 30, 1998, for the operations of the Authority after\n\nthe execution of the lease to the University Hospitals Trust for\n\npayment of any costs to the Authority associated with the transfer\n\nof operations of facilities under the jurisdiction of the Authority,\n\nand legal obligations of the Authority. After July 1, 1998, the\n\noperation of the Authority may be funded from the interest earned by\n\nthe fund.\n\nC. After July 1, 2010, the principal and interest earned on the\n\nfund may be expended by the Authority for the operation of the\n\nAuthority and for the completion of the mission of the Authority.\n\nD.
