Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3222","heading":"Traffic and parking regulations on University Hospitals","body":"Authority property - Violations - Campus police officers and guards\n\n- Cooperative agreements.\n\nA. The University Hospitals Authority may regulate traffic and\n\nthe parking of vehicles on property used by or for the University\n\nHospitals Authority. Such regulations shall be in writing, and\n\ncopies thereof, including amendments thereto, shall be filed in the\n\noffice of the Secretary of State, and in the office of the city\n\nclerk of the City of Oklahoma City. The municipal court of the City\n\nof Oklahoma City shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine\n\nprosecutions for violations of such regulations, which may be\n\nprosecuted and shall be punishable as violations of ordinances of\n\nthe City of Oklahoma City. The Authority may cause to be removed,\n\nand may enter into contracts for such purpose, any vehicle parked in\n\nviolation of such regulations.\n\nB. The Authority may appoint campus police officers and guards\n\nfor buildings and grounds of the University Hospitals Authority in\n\nthe same manner and with the same powers as campus police appointed\n\nby governing boards of state institutions for higher education under\n\nthe provisions of Section 360.15 et seq. of Title 74 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes, and who may prevent or stop improper conduct and trespass\n\nin and upon such buildings and grounds, and make arrests and\n\nprosecute any and all persons arrested for such improper conduct and\n\ntrespassing. Employees of the Authority serving as police officers\n\nshall be certified as provided for in Section 3311 of Title 70 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC.
