Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3240.8","heading":"Community Hospitals Authority Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Community Hospitals Authority to be designated the\n\n“Community Hospitals Authority Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of monies available to the Authority. All monies accruing\n\nto the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be\n\nbudgeted and expended by the Community Hospitals Authority as\n\nauthorized by law.
