Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3241.11","heading":"Non-state government-owned nursing facilities and","body":"hospitals defined.\n\nFor the purposes of a federal Medicaid supplemental payment\n\nprogram for non-state government-owned nursing facilities and\n\nhospitals, \"non-state government-owned\" means owned by a government\n\nother than the state including but not limited to:\n\n1. A board of control created by and charged by a board of\n\ncounty commissioners with the management and control of a county\n\nhospital as provided by Section 789 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n2. A public trust or other organization that is created by a\n\ncounty under Section 176 of Title 60 of the Oklahoma Statutes and is\n\nunder lease with a board of county commissioners for the operation\n\nof a county hospital as provided by Section 789 of Title 19 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n3. A municipal governing body that has established and\n\nmaintains a municipal hospital as provided by Section 30-101 of\n\nTitle 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n4. A board of control created by and charged by a municipal\n\ngoverning body with the management and control of a municipal\n\nhospital as provided by Section 30-102 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes; and\n\n5.
