The ambulance service provider access payment program fee is\n\nto supplement, not supplant, appropriations to support ambulance\n\nservice provider reimbursement. If Medicaid reimbursement rates to\n\nproviders are adjusted, ambulance service provider rates shall not\n\nbe adjusted less favorably than the average percentage-rate\n\nreduction or increase applicable to the majority of other provider\n\ngroups.\n\nB. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Ambulance Service\n\nProvider Access Payment Program Act, if, after receipt of\n\nauthorization to receive federal matching funds for monies generated\n\nby the Ambulance Service Provider Access Payment Program Act, the\n\nauthorization is withdrawn or changed so that federal matching funds\n\nare no longer available, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall\n\ncease collecting the provider fee and shall repay to the ambulance\n\nservices any money received by the Ambulance Service Provider Access\n\nPayment Program that is not subject to federal matching funds.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6d7001b27e8da8d702d5a377ac81d6b20619aece0685d32862c77581a4cc9c42","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-3242.4","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-3242.6"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
