The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall submit to the\n\nOklahoma Ambulance Alliance a proposed state plan amendment to\n\nimplement the requirements of the Ambulance Service Provider Access\n\nPayment Program Act including the payment of ambulance service\n\nprovider access payments under Section 4 of this act no later than\n\nforty-five (45) days after the effective date of this act and shall\n\nsubmit the state plan amendment to the Centers for Medicare and\n\nMedicaid Services after consideration of the input and\n\nrecommendations of the Alliance.\n\nB. If the state plan amendment is not approved by the Centers\n\nfor Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Authority shall:\n\n1. Not implement the assessment imposed under the Ambulance\n\nService Provider Access Payment Program Act; and\n\n2.
