Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3250.2","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Oklahoma Community Hospitals Public Trust\n\nAuthorities Act:\n\n1. “Community hospital public trust authority” or “public\n\ntrust” means a community hospital public trust authority\n\nestablishing a hospital district pursuant to the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Community Hospitals Public Trust Authorities Act;\n\n2. “Hospital” means a hospital as such term is defined by\n\nSection 1-701 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes and facilities\n\nwithin the definition of Section 2657 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n3. “Hospital district” means a designated geographical area\n\nestablished by a community hospital public trust authority; and\n\n4. “Medically indigent person” means a person requiring\n\nmedically necessary hospital or other health care services for the\n\nperson or the dependents of the person, who has insufficient or no\n\npublic or private third-party coverage, and whose personal resources\n\nare insufficient to provide for hospital or other health care\n\nservices.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8f715c96b9c7e27aaad4dcdc0b879d1f25655eb303e6a8af9f967f4c1b46b345","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-3250.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-3250.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
