Each member of a community hospital public trust authority\n\nshall be a resident of the state and a registered voter.\n\nB. The members of the community hospital public trust authority\n\nshall serve without compensation but may be reimbursed for all\n\nreasonable and actual and necessary travel expenses incurred in the\n\nperformance of their duties in accordance with the provisions of the\n\nState Travel Reimbursement Act.\n\nC.
