There is hereby created in the State Treasury a\n\nrevolving fund to be designated the “Medicaid Payment Reimbursement\n\nFund”.\n\n2. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of:\n\na. all monies received by the Oklahoma Health Care\n\nAuthority pursuant to the Oklahoma Community Hospitals\n\nPublic Trust Authorities Act and otherwise specified\n\nor authorized by law including, but not limited to,\n\nmonies received by the Authority from assessments\n\nlevied on hospitals included in a hospital district,\n\nand\n\nb. interest attributable to investment of money in the\n\nfund.\n\n3. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and shall be expended by the Authority for services to\n\nMedicaid beneficiaries residing within or receiving services within\n\nthe boundaries of the community hospitals public trust.\n\nB. Any monies received from any assessment levied on hospitals\n\nwithin a hospital district for purposes of providing the state\n\nmatching funds for supplemental Medicaid programs pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Community Hospitals Public Trust\n\nAuthorities Act shall be submitted to the Oklahoma Health Care\n\nAuthority for deposit into the Medicaid Payment Reimbursement Fund.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall transfer to the\n\nMedicaid Payment Reimbursement Fund any payment received by the\n\nOklahoma Health Care Authority pursuant to the Oklahoma Community\n\nHospitals Public Trust Authorities Act and rules promulgated by the\n\nOklahoma Health Care Authority pursuant to federal law and the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Community Hospitals Public Trust\n\nAuthorities Act.\n\nD. 1. The Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall make Medicaid\n\nreimbursement payments to hospitals to the extent permitted by\n\nfederal law and rules promulgated by the Oklahoma Health Care\n\nAuthority pursuant to federal law.\n\n2.
