The Oklahoma State University Medical Authority shall have\n\nthe authority to:\n\n1. Enter into agreements and cooperative ventures with other\n\nhealth care providers to share services or to provide a benefit to\n\nthe hospitals;\n\n2. Make and enter into all contracts and agreements necessary\n\nor incidental to the performance of its duties and execution of its\n\npowers pursuant to the Oklahoma State University Medical Authority\n\nAct;\n\n3. Join or sponsor organizations or associations intended to\n\nbenefit the hospitals;\n\n4. Have members of its governing body or its officers or\n\nadministrators serve without pay as directors or officers of any\n\norganization, association, or cooperative ventures authorized\n\npursuant to the Oklahoma State University Medical Authority Act; and\n\n5. Offer, directly or indirectly, products and services of the\n\nhospitals, any cooperative venture, or organization to the general\n\npublic.\n\nB. All agreements and obligations undertaken, as permitted\n\nunder this section, by the Oklahoma State University Medical\n\nAuthority shall be for a public purpose. In addition to any other\n\nlimitations, conditions or restrictions provided by law, the\n\nfollowing conditions shall apply to contractual agreements entered\n\ninto pursuant to this section:\n\n1. Private and public funds shall be accounted for separately;\n\nand\n\n2.
