Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3281","heading":"Issuance of bonds - Approval of Attorney General","body":"Before any bond shall be issued and delivered by the Oklahoma\n\nState University Medical Authority, a certified copy of the\n\nproceedings for the issuance thereof, together with any other\n\ninformation which the Attorney General of the State of Oklahoma may\n\nrequire as the Bond Commissioner of the State of Oklahoma, shall be\n\nsubmitted to the Attorney General. If the Attorney General shall\n\nfind that such bonds have been issued in accordance with law, he\n\nshall approve such bonds and execute a certificate to that effect.\n\nThe Attorney General shall file such certificates in the office of\n\nthe State Auditor and Inspector, and the certificates shall be\n\nrecorded in a record kept for that purpose.
