Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3283","heading":"Revenue bonds not debt of state or political subdivision","body":"- Statement on bonds - Tax exempt.\n\nRevenue bonds of the Oklahoma State University Medical Authority\n\nissued pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma State University\n\nMedical Authority shall not constitute a debt of the state or of any\n\npolitical subdivision thereof, or a pledge of the full faith and\n\ncredit of the state, or of any political subdivision thereof, but\n\nsuch bonds shall be payable solely from the funds provided therefor.\n\nThe forms of the bonds so issued shall contain on the face thereof a\n\nstatement to the effect that neither the state nor the Authority\n\nshall be obligated to pay the same or the interest thereon except\n\nfrom the revenues of the Authority pledged to the payment of such\n\nbonds and that neither the faith and credit nor the taxing power of\n\nthe state or any political subdivision thereof is pledged, or may\n\nhereafter be pledged, to the payment of the principal of or interest\n\non such bonds.
