Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3284","heading":"Bonds - Investment securities - Collateral security","body":"Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of the Oklahoma State\n\nUniversity Medical Authority Act are hereby made securities in which\n\nall public officers and public boards, agencies and\n\ninstrumentalities of the state and its political subdivisions, all\n\nbanks, trust companies, trust and loan associations, investment\n\ncompanies, and others carrying on a banking business, and all\n\ninsurance companies and insurance associations, and others carrying\n\non an insurance business, may legally and properly invest.
