Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3286","heading":"Oklahoma State University Medical Authority Disbursing","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma State University Medical Authority, to be\n\ndesignated the \"Oklahoma State University Medical Authority\n\nDisbursing Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of appropriated\n\nrevenues and federal entitlements.
