Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3288","heading":"Regulation of traffic and parking on Oklahoma State","body":"University Medical Authority property - Appointment of campus police\n\nofficers and guards.\n\nA. The Oklahoma State University Medical Authority may regulate\n\ntraffic and the parking of vehicles on property used by or for the\n\nOklahoma State University Medical Authority. Such regulations shall\n\nbe in writing, and copies thereof, including amendments thereto,\n\nshall be filed in the office of the Secretary of State, and in the\n\noffice of the city clerk of the City of Tulsa. The municipal court\n\nof the City of Tulsa shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine\n\nprosecutions for violations of such regulations, which may be\n\nprosecuted and shall be punishable as violations of ordinances of\n\nthe City of Tulsa. The Authority may cause to be removed, and may\n\nenter into contracts for such purpose, any vehicle parked in\n\nviolation of such regulations.\n\nB. The Authority may appoint campus police officers and guards\n\nfor buildings and grounds of the Oklahoma State University Medical\n\nAuthority in the same manner and with the same powers as campus\n\npolice appointed by governing boards of state institutions for\n\nhigher education under the provisions of Section 360.15 et seq. of\n\nTitle 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and who may prevent or stop\n\nimproper conduct and trespass in and upon such buildings and\n\ngrounds, and make arrests and prosecute any and all persons arrested\n\nfor such improper conduct and trespassing. Employees of the\n\nAuthority serving as police officers shall be certified as provided\n\nfor in Section 3311 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC.
