Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3289","heading":"Resident physicians of Oklahoma State University Center","body":"for Health Sciences - Payroll, benefits and employment status -\n\nTermination of privileges.\n\nThe Oklahoma State University Medical Authority is authorized to\n\nplace resident physicians of the Oklahoma State University Center\n\nfor Health Sciences on the Oklahoma State University Medical\n\nAuthority payroll, and is further authorized to acquire health,\n\nlife, and dental insurance for such residents. Such residents shall\n\nnot be considered employees of the Authority and shall not be\n\neligible to participate in the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement\n\nSystem.
