Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3294","heading":"Emergency Medicine Revolving Fund","body":"\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma State University Medical Trust to be designated the\n\n\"Emergency Medicine Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nall monies received by the Oklahoma State University Medical Trust\n\nfrom appropriations. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nOklahoma State University Medical Trust for the purpose of training\n\nstudents within an American College of Surgeons Level I Trauma\n\nCenter or centers operated by the Oklahoma State University Medical\n\nTrust or an affiliated entity approved by the Trust.
