On November 1, 2023, all employees, powers, duties,\n\nfunctions, and responsibilities of the Oklahoma State Board of\n\nExaminers for Long-Term Care Administrators shall be transferred to\n\nthe State Department of Health. The transfer shall include all\n\nequipment, supplies, records, assets, current and future\n\nliabilities, fund balances, encumbrances, obligations, and\n\nindebtedness associated with the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners\n\nfor Long-Term Care Administrators.\n\nB. Any monies accruing to or in the name of the Oklahoma State\n\nBoard of Examiners for Long-Term Care Administrators on and after\n\nNovember 1, 2023, or any monies that accrue in any funds or accounts\n\nor are maintained for the benefit of the Oklahoma State Board of\n\nExaminers for Long-Term Care Administrators on and after November 1,\n\n2023, shall be transferred to the State Department of Health.\n\nC. The State Department of Health shall succeed to any\n\ncontractual rights and responsibilities incurred by the Oklahoma\n\nState Board of Examiners for Long-Term Care Administrators.\n\nD. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices is hereby directed to coordinate the transfer of funds,\n\nallotments, purchase orders, and outstanding financial obligations\n\nor encumbrances as provided for in this section.\n\nE. On November 1, 2023, all administrative rules promulgated by\n\nthe Oklahoma State Board of Examiners for Long-Term Care\n\nAdministrators shall be transferred to and become a part of the\n\nadministrative rules of the State Department of Health. The Office\n\nof Administrative Rules in the Secretary of State’s office shall\n\nprovide adequate notice in the Oklahoma Register of the transfer of\n\nsuch rules and shall place the transferred rules under the Oklahoma\n\nAdministrative Code title of the State Department of Health. Such\n\nrules shall continue in force and effect as rules of the State\n\nDepartment of Health from and after November 1, 2023, and any\n\namendment, repeal, or addition to the transferred rules shall be\n\nunder the jurisdiction of the State Commissioner of Health.\n\nF.
