Stat. tit. 63, § 63-330.98","heading":"Emergency Management Assistance Compact and Rescue Out","body":"of State Deployments Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security, to\n\nbe designated the \"Emergency Management Assistance Compact and\n\nRescue Out of State Deployments Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be\n\na continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies deposited to the credit of the fund by law.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Department of\n\nEmergency Management and Homeland Security for the direct\n\nreimbursement of participating entities deployed through the\n\nOklahoma Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security\n\nthat is consistent with the federal Emergency Management Assistance\n\nCompact Guidelines.
