Stat. tit. 63, § 63-3310","heading":"Public trust hospitals — Joint ventures — Exemption from","body":"Oklahoma Open Meeting Act and Oklahoma Open Records Act.\n\nIn the event a public trust hospital enters into a joint venture\n\nwith or acquires an interest in a not-for-profit entity to\n\neffectuate the administration of the mission of the public trust,\n\nthat entity shall not be subject to the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act\n\nand the Oklahoma Open Records Act. Any information submitted to or\n\ncompiled by the public trust with respect to marketing plans,\n\nfinancial statements, trade secrets, research concepts, methods or\n\nproducts or any other proprietary information submitted to or\n\ncompiled by the trust, persons, firms, associations, partnerships,\n\nagencies, corporations, institutions of higher education, nonprofit\n\nresearch institutions, or other entities shall be confidential,\n\nexcept to the extent that the person or entity which provided such\n\ninformation or which is the subject of such information consents to\n\ndisclosure. Executive sessions may be held to discuss such\n\nmaterials if deemed necessary by the trust. The provisions of this\n\nsection shall not apply to budgetary information related to\n\nappropriations or the appropriations process.
