Stat. tit. 63, § 63-4003A","heading":"Electronic filing, storage, and delivery of boat and","body":"motor certificates of title.\n\nOn or before July 1, 2022, the Oklahoma Tax Commission shall\n\nimplement a program which will permit the electronic filing,\n\nstorage, and delivery of boat and motor certificates of title and\n\nallow a lienholder to perfect, assign, and release a lien on a boat\n\nor motor in lieu of submission and maintenance of paper documents as\n\notherwise provided in the provisions of Section 4008 et seq. of\n\nTitle 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The provisions of this section\n\nshall apply to certificates of title issued and liens filed after\n\nJune 30, 2022.
