The title of a vessel or motor that is not subject to any\n\nlien or other encumbrance may be transferred in transfer-on-death\n\nform by filing with Service Oklahoma a written notice of transfer\n\nsigned by the transferor and designating the transferee. Such\n\nnotice shall transfer ownership of the vessel or motor to the\n\ntransferee upon the death of the transferor. The notice shall\n\ninclude:\n\n1. The identification number of the vessel or motor;\n\n2. The full name and address of the transferor;\n\n3. The full name and address of the transferee; and\n\n4. The signature of the transferor. The signature or consent\n\nof or notice to the transferee shall not be required for any purpose\n\nduring the lifetime of the transferor.\n\nB. A designation of the transferee may be revoked or changed at\n\nany time prior to the death of the transferor by filing an amended\n\nnotice with Service Oklahoma.\n\nC. To accept a certificate of title of a vessel or motor\n\npursuant to notice filed under subsection A of this section, the\n\ndesignated transferee shall execute an affidavit verifying the death\n\nof the transferor owner and submit it to Service Oklahoma.
