Stat. tit. 63, § 63-4015","heading":"Application required - Time - Contents","body":"Except as otherwise provided by Sections 4005 and 4024 of this\n\ntitle, every owner of a vessel or motor possessing a certificate of\n\ntitle shall make an application for the registration of such vessel\n\nor motor with Service Oklahoma or with a licensed operator within\n\nthirty (30) calendar days from the purchase date, or from the\n\nexpiration of registration, or from the date the owner becomes a\n\nresident of this state.
