Stat. tit. 63, § 63-4018","heading":"Members of armed forces or spouses - Registration","body":"requirements.\n\nA. Any vessel or motor in this state which is not registered\n\nand licensed for the current year in the state of residence or\n\ndomicile of any person who is a member of the Armed Forces of the\n\nUnited States or the spouse of such member owning a vessel or motor\n\nmust be registered as provided by the Oklahoma Vessel and Motor\n\nRegistration Act, except that any such vessel or motor which has\n\nbeen licensed in some other state by such member or spouse of such\n\nmember while stationed in said other state may be operated in this\n\nstate for the remainder of the year or period for which it is\n\nlicensed. If the vessel or motor currently is registered with the\n\nArmed Forces of the United States rather than being registered in a\n\nstate and the member is transferred to a duty station within this\n\nstate pursuant to military orders, the member or spouse of such\n\nmember owning the vessel or motor shall not be required to register\n\nthe vessel or motor in this state for a period of thirty (30) days\n\nafter the date the member is required to report for duty by said\n\nmilitary.\n\nB. Any person who is a member of the Armed Forces of the United\n\nStates who is a resident of this state and who is stationed in this\n\nstate or spouse of such person may make application for a\n\ncertificate of registration pursuant to the provisions of this\n\nsection.\n\nC. Any person who is a member of the Armed Forces of the United\n\nStates, or spouse applying for a registration of any such vessel or\n\nmotor shall submit an appropriate statement, to be attached to the\n\nvessel or motor registration application, showing the following: A\n\ndescription of the vessel or motor owned by applicant; the state and\n\naddress of the applicant's legal residence or domicile; that\n\napplicant or applicant's spouse is on active duty in the Armed\n\nForces of the United States assigned or stationed at a named\n\nlocation in compliance with official military orders.
