When, at the time of titling and registration of any vessel\n\nor motor payment is made by check for fees and taxes and the check\n\nis not paid by the bank on which drawn for any reason, such\n\ncertificate of title or registration and other such instruments\n\nissued at the time of titling or registration of such vessel or\n\nmotor shall be canceled immediately, without notice, by the\n\nCommission or motor license agent who issued such title or\n\nregistration certificate. In all such cases the title or\n\nregistration certificate, number, receipt, and any other official\n\ndocument issued at the time of the acceptance of such check shall be\n\nnull and void and returned to the issuer.\n\nB. The motor license agent shall transmit all documents and the\n\ndishonored check to the Oklahoma Tax Commission for credit to the\n\nmotor license agent's account. The Commission may enter into a\n\ncontract for the collection of dishonored checks and canceled\n\ninstruments.\n\nC.
